Shepherd Events ("Shepherd," "we," "us") is operated by Solid Rock Recovery LLC. This policy explains what information we collect through the Shepherd Events platform, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you create an account, we collect your name, phone number and/or email address, and date of birth. If you add household members (such as children or other family members) to your account, we collect their name, date of birth, and relationship to you, as entered by you.
When you sign up for events, we store your signup status, any notes you provide, and — if you opt in — your SMS consent status for reminders and notifications.
If you connect your account with another household member, we store that connection and may share signup visibility between linked accounts, as described during that process.
We use your information to operate event signups, send SMS reminders and notifications (only if you've opted in), enable check-in via kiosk mode, and allow church administrators to manage events and attendance for their congregation.
Shepherd allows parents and guardians to register their minor children for events as "household members." This information is entered and controlled by the parent or guardian, not collected directly from children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
SMS consent is entirely optional and never required to use the app. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. See our SMS Policy for full details.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your account or your household members' information deleted, contact us at the email below.
You may access, update, or request deletion of your information at any time by contacting your church administrator or emailing us directly.
We may update this policy as Shepherd evolves. Material changes will be reflected with an updated date above.
